This is a nutritious and fulfilling recipe:
1 bunch of organic basil
5 cloves of garlic peeled
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1/2 cup olive oil
1 ripe avocado
sprinkle a little sea salt
Mix all the ingredients above in a food processor and presto you have an amazing tasting pesto!
